Over a career spanning more than four decades, Matt Magee has experimented widely with abstract and conceptual art practices. Working in painting, drawing, sculpture, and assemblage, Magee’s art not only refers to earlier abstraction, he also finds inspiration in contemporary scientific, ecological, and technological advancements.
