The Richard Levy Gallery is pleased to present two exhibitions – Gathering Light by Richard Ross and The Archeology of Abandonment by Steve Fitch.

Steve Fitch is a New Mexico photographer who photographs the interiors of abandoned buildings in the high plains of Montana, North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas. Using a large format camera, he presents these empty shells of culture as museums of constantly changing and evolving exhibits of times past.

Richard Ross is a photographer from Los Angeles, California whose most recent photographs focus on light and its dominance, properties and impact in photography. He is also known for his series Museology, in which he photographed the interiors of museums.

An Artscrawl reception will be held on Friday, April 21st from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.
