Press Release

Richard Levy Gallery is pleased to present New Sculpture by Tom Waldron. New Sculpture includes floor standing, tabletop and wall hanging works.

Waldron’s sculptures are fabricated from sheets of steel formed into sensual shapes with suggestive titles like Puddle, Sluice, Shunt, and Flume. New Sculpture is Waldron’s first solo exhibition in New Mexico since 1999.

Waldron’s steel scuptures are collected by intitutions such as the Albuquerque Museum, Albuquerque Public Library, College of Santa Fe, and the State of New Mexico. Waldron’s most recent public commission involves shaped earth and water catchment as part of the Louisiana Boulevard/I-40 Interchange renovation.

Tom Waldron lives and works in Corrales, New Mexico where he has been a resident for nearly 30 years.
